Weighted Sandbags can add to your practice by grounding you in a pose, aid in that extra little "stretch", and even be rolled up to act as block replacement or body support.
 
Each sandbag is custom made for each customer. Fabric pattern selection varies, but is made from a sturdy, canvas-like material.
 
Size can vary as well, but standard size is about 22"x11" with a weight of about 10 lbs. Number of channels can be selected as well, with 7 being standard for wide channels and 9 for small channels. Bags with more channels will weigh less.
