These neck pillows are filled with rice so you can heat them in the microwave for a moist warmth, or put them in the freezer for cool pressure.
 
Materials is flannel and patterns are subject to change. If you order and pay to have shipped, we will pick put a pattern for you. If you contact the studio to order, you will have a choice in the pattern.
